Booth space is available for:

Vending of products and services by or supporting
“Women of Age and Wisdom”
Holistic healing and wellness services and products
Non-profit and community service organizations (discounted booth fee)

Vending or Wellness Booths:

Indoor Full Booth: $90
Includes 2 passes to the Conference, lunch is provided.
Dimensions: 8ft X 4ft

Indoor Full Booth: $70
Includes 1 pass to the Conference, lunch is provided.
Dimensions: 8ft X 4ft

Indoor 1/2 Booth: $50
Includes 1 pass to the Conference, lunch is provided.
Dimensions: 4ft X 4ft

Outdoor Booth: $75
Does Not include admission to the Conference.
Dimensions: 10ft X 10ft (Canopy recommended)

Non-profits and Community Service Booths:

Indoor Booth: $35
Includes 1 pass to the Conference, lunch is provided
Dimensions: 4ft X 4ft

Outdoor Booth: $20
Does Not include admission to the Conference.
Dimensions: 6ft X 4ft (These booths are under an awning)

Booths & Advertising Discount:

To thank you for supporting this community event, booths will be listed by business (or organization) name in the event program. If you are not using a business name we will list your personal name. If you would like to publicize more information, a discounted business card ad in the event program is offered to you at $40 (regular price $50)

IMPORTANT DETAILS

A limited number of booths are available.
Payment in full confirms your booth.

Set up begins at 7:30 am and must be completed by 8:30 am. Breakdown begins at 6pm.

Please do not pack up before the end of the closing ceremony.

Tables and chairs not provided.
